We run an online listing and introduction service connecting car buyers with dealers and individual sellers. We do not own, sell, inspect, store or deliver the cars listed, and we are not a party to any sale. Payment for a car is made directly between buyer and seller, and E-Complice does not receive or hold it.
You are responsible for inspecting a car, verifying its papers and identity of the seller, and deciding whether to buy. Listing information comes from sellers and may contain errors.
You must give accurate information, use genuine photos of the actual car, own the car or be authorised to sell it, and tell us promptly when it sells. You must not list stolen, cloned, mortgaged or misrepresented vehicles.
"Reviewed by E-Complice" means we checked a listing for completeness. It is not a guarantee of a car’s condition, history, ownership or papers.
Fees and commission for sellers are set out in the Dealer and Seller Agreement and any written agreement with you.
Seller accounts are subject to approval. Keep your login secure. We may refuse, suspend or remove accounts and listings that break these terms or put buyers at risk.
To the extent the law allows, E-Complice is not liable for losses arising from a transaction between a buyer and a seller, for inaccurate listings, or for the conduct of users. Nothing here limits any right you have under Nigerian law that cannot be limited.
We may update these terms and will post the new date above.
