Dealer and seller agreement

How listing, commission and payment work for sellers on E-Complice.

Last updated: 30 September 2026

This agreement applies when you list cars on E-Complice Autos. Your written confirmation of your commission rate forms part of it.

1. Approval

Dealers must be approved before listing. We may ask for proof of your business and identity, and we review each car before it goes live.

2. Commission

Dealers list free and pay commission only when a car sells. The commission rate or flat fee is agreed with you in writing before your first listing. Individual sellers pay a listing fee, confirmed when you list, which is credited against commission if the car sells.

3. What counts as our lead

A buyer counts as introduced by E-Complice if they enquired about your car through this website, our WhatsApp number or our social pages, and we have logged the enquiry with its date.

4. Protection period

Unless your written agreement says otherwise, commission is due on any sale to a buyer we introduced within 60 days of their enquiry, even if the deal is finished outside the website.

5. Reporting and payment

Mark cars as sold promptly through your dashboard. Commission is due within 7 days of the sale, unless your written agreement says otherwise.

6. Your responsibilities

You must own the cars you list or be authorised to sell them, give accurate details and genuine photos, and deal honestly with buyers. You are responsible for your cars, their papers and any sale.

7. Suspension

We may remove listings or suspend accounts for false information, unreported sales, unpaid commission or unsafe conduct.

8. Our role

We provide an introduction service only. We do not own, inspect or sell your cars, and we do not handle buyer payments.

9. Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Nigeria. Questions: info@e-compliceautos.com.
